Co-hosts, crew and photographer
The Team tab decides who helps and how much they can touch: a co-host for the other half or the planner, a volunteer code for a bridesmaid, a remote for the emcee, and an upload link for the photographer.
Co-hosts#
Co-hosts sign in with their own email and get almost everything you have: approvals, settings, the wall and payments. Add up to five per event with Add co-host, and remove them with Remove. Co-hosts are included on Solstice; on other plans the card says Co-hosts come with Solstice.
Only the event's creator can duplicate the event.
Crew codes#
Crew codes need no account. The helper opens a link, and their phone does one job. Type an optional name or role (for example "Youth wing table 4") and tap:

Each code shows a QR, a six-letter code, its link (aine.cam/crew/CODE), when it expires, when it was last used and how many actions it has taken. Copy link to send it; End to stop it immediately.
- Up to 8 active codes per event.
- Codes expire automatically six hours after the event's start time.
- The code is the whole credential: anyone holding it can act until it expires or you end it. Share it privately.
An expired code shows the helper: That code is not live. It may have expired, or the host ended it. Ask them for a fresh one from the Team tab.
Your photographer#
Give your hired photographer a private upload link so their culled shots land on the same live wall as the guests, credited to them.
- Create the linkType the photographer or studio name (shown as the credit) and tap Create photographer link.
- Send itCopy the link or show the QR. The photographer opens it on a phone or laptop and adds photos or videos. JPEG works best; videos up to 80 MB.
- Manage itEdit the credit with Save credit, Regenerate to cancel the old link and make a new one, or Turn off to retire it for good.
Unless AINE has given the photographer a separate allowance, their uploads count against your event's shared shot pool, like a guest's. A large upload can use up shots your guests were counting on. Ask your photographer to send culled selects, or top up shots.
Uploads keep working for 24 hours after the event ends, and pause while the event is paused. Photographer shots appear under the 馃摲 Photographer filter in the Album.
