Event-day checklist

Print this page or keep it open on your phone. Everything here takes minutes, and most of it can be done by a co-host or volunteer.

A week before#

• ☐ Date, time, timezone and venue are right in Settings. Names and venue lock around a day after the start.
• ☐ Plan fits your guest count, with room for plus-ones. Upgrade from the Plan card if needed.
• ☐ Shot counting chosen: shared pool or per guest.
• ☐ Cover photo uploaded; magic frame and monogram set if you want them.
• ☐ Review settings chosen: review on or off, auto-approve after a few minutes.
• ☐ Run sheet saved, with MC lines and screen cues.
• ☐ Co-hosts added (Solstice), crew codes ready for volunteers and the emcee.
• ☐ Photographer link sent, and they know their uploads use the event pool.
• ☐ Table cards and door sign printed from the print pack.
• ☐ Guest message sent with the join link (optional).

The day before, at the venue if possible#

• ☐ Wall opened on the actual screen; full screen; sleep and notifications off.
• ☐ Venue Wi-Fi tested on the wall device and a guest phone, or a hotspot ready.
• ☐ One test shot from your phone reaches the wall.
• ☐ Extra screens paired; door signage on a vertical screen if you have one.
• ☐ Booth tablet charged, booth link opened and added to the home screen (booth events).

Doors open#

• ☐ Wall running with the Scan to join cue.
• ☐ Table cards on every table, sign at the entrance.
• ☐ Your phone signed in on the Live tab; volunteers on their crew codes.

During#

• ☐ MC announces the camera after the first toast, including "leave your email for your keepsake".
• ☐ Pause guests for speeches if you want them phone-free, then Resume.
• ☐ Watch the shot bar; top up or upgrade if it is running low.
• ☐ Pin favourites in the Album as they come in; they lead the film.
• ☐ Fire wish reveals and the finale.

After#

• ☐ Give guests a few minutes on good Wi-Fi for queued shots to send.
• ☐ End event on the After tab (or Settings › Status).
• ☐ Choose film music; download both film formats when ready.
• ☐ Download all for your archive. On Spark do this within 30 days.
• ☐ Write the couple's page and reply to wishes in the book.
• ☐ Open the report and save it as PDF.
• ☐ Share your referral code with friends planning events.
