Scripts and signage for guests
Rooms that hear about AINE once, early, and see the QR everywhere shoot the most. Copy these lines as they are or adapt them to your event.
MC lines#
After the first toast#
"Every one of you is our photographer tonight. Scan the QR code on your table with your phone camera, tap Open camera, and your photos go straight up on the big screen. No app to download. Leave your email in 'Your shots' and your own photos come to you after the event."
Before speeches#
"We are pausing the camera for the speeches so everyone can listen. Your photos are safe, and the camera comes back on by itself when we are done."
Mid-evening wishes callout#
"Tap Wish in the camera and draw us something, a doodle, a message, anything. We will bring the best ones to life on the screen and keep every one in our wishes book."
Last call#
"Last chance for photos! If you have not left your email yet, open 'Your shots' and pop it in, that is how your keepsake finds you."
Add these as MC lines in your run sheet and they print as scripts in the print pack. Run sheet.
A message before the day#
"We are using AINE at our event! On the day, scan the QR on your table (or open join.aine.cam/e/CODE), tap Open camera and start shooting. No app needed. Your photos appear live on the big screen, and if you leave your email you will get your own gallery of your photos afterwards."
What guests most often ask#

| Do I need to download anything? | No. It opens in the browser. Scan with your phone's camera app. |
| How many photos can I take? | The number above the shutter. "LEFT" is yours, "LEFT TONIGHT" is shared by the room. A video is one shot. |
| I took a bad one. Can I undo it? | Tap Retake before Use photo, free. After that you have 15 minutes to take it back from Your shots. |
| How do I get my photos? | Leave your email in Your shots. Your keepsake arrives after the event. |
| I don't want to be on the big screen. | Turn on "Not on the wall, please" in Your shots. |
| No signal here. | Keep shooting. Shots wait on your phone and send when you have signal; keep the page open until they have sent. |
| It says camera access needed. | Allow the camera for this page in your browser settings, or open the link in Safari or Chrome. |
Signage tips#
- One table card per table, facing guests, at eye level.
- A door sign at the entrance, and the wall's portrait door-signage mode on any vertical screen.
- Fire the Scan to join cue on the wall right after the first toast and again after dinner.
- If you run a booth, a small sign that says "Rather use your own phone? Scan the table QR" keeps queues short.
