Payments, upgrades and receipts

Payments go through Stripe. You pay once per event, upgrades cost only the difference, and a receipt and invoice are always one tap away.

Paying for a plan#

When you create an event on a paid plan, the event is created on Spark first and you go to Stripe checkout. The plan activates as soon as payment is confirmed; you will see Payment received. Your plan activates within a few seconds. If the badge still says Spark after a few seconds, refresh the page. If you leave checkout, the event stays on Spark and you can pay from the Plan card later.

Currency#

Prices show in Singapore dollars for visitors in Singapore and in US dollars everywhere else. Each event keeps the currency it was created in, so upgrades and top-ups are priced the same way. Seeing the wrong currency? Add ?cur=sgd or ?cur=usd to the pricing or create link. Stripe may also offer to show the amount in your card's local currency.

Upgrades: pay the difference#

1. Open the Plan cardOn the Before tab, or tap Upgrade plan at the top of any tab.
2. Pick the bigger planEach button shows exactly what you will pay, for example Glow to Shine is US$40 (US$79 minus US$39) or S$50.
3. PayAdd a promo code if you have one, then pay in Stripe checkout. Guests, photos and settings carry over; the new cap and shots apply right away.

The difference is always calculated from today's plan prices. Upgrading from Spark costs the full price of the new plan.

Shot top-ups#

Buy extra shots from the Plan card; the new total appears within a few seconds (Extra shots added.). Guests can also buy shots themselves if you allow it, and each guest gets their own Stripe receipt.

Promo codes, referrals and credit#

• One code per order. Codes do not stack.
• A code that covers the whole plan activates it without checkout: Your code covered the whole plan. It is active now, nothing was charged.
• Referral codes give 10% off your first paid plan only.
• Referral credit you earn is taken off your next checkout automatically.

If a code is refused when you create an event, the event is still created, and you can pay from the Plan card with or without a code.

Receipts and invoices#

On paid events, Receipt and Invoice links appear on the Plan card and the After tab. The page has Download / Print PDF and switches between the two.

• Issued by NXTH Pte. Ltd., Singapore, with an invoice number like AINE-2026-1, your billing email and the Stripe reference.
• NXTH Pte. Ltd. is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.

Refunds#

Plans are a one-off payment per event. Under AINE's Terms, the fee is refundable in full if AINE fails to deliver the core service. Refunds are handled by the AINE team: email support@aine.cam with your event code and what happened. A refunded upgrade returns the event to its previous plan, and refunded top-up shots are removed.

Guest purchases (wish films and guest-bought shots) are separate. If a guest's wish film fails, email support with the event code and the team will sort out the refund.
