This is the host guide for AINE. It walks you through creating your event, getting your guests shooting, running the live wall on the night and collecting the film and keepsakes afterwards. Every screen is shown as it looks today.
What AINE does#
AINE turns every guest's phone into a camera for your event. Guests scan one QR code, the camera opens in their browser, and their photos, short videos and hand-drawn wishes appear on a live wall on the big screen as the night happens. After the event you get the whole album, a Well Wishes Book, an AI-cut highlight film on Shine and Solstice, and each guest who left an email gets a personal keepsake of their own shots.
- No app, no sign-in for guests. One scan and they are shooting.
- A live wall for the projector or TV, with layouts, cues and moderation you control from your phone.
- You stay in charge of what goes on screen, how many shots guests get and who helps you run it.

Who this guide is for#
This guide is written for hosts: couples, planners, companies, associations and anyone running an event on AINE. If you are a guest looking for your photos, open the keepsake link AINE emailed you after the event. If you are a photographer, planner or venue interested in referring clients, see Referrals and partners.
Plan prices, guest caps and shot pools are managed centrally and may be updated. Your event's own Plan card always shows the numbers that apply to you. This guide reflects AINE as of 24 September 2026.
